You should have several websites! Your business can have a blog, belong to various social media sites, create landing pages, post videos, write articles, create a forum and so forth. I don't care how much you know now, LEARN IT NOW! (don't be an idiot and have ugly offensive content.... but you have to get moving. If you already have a site, update it, add to it, make it better. Just Do IT! Once you have an online presence, you can start developing a subscriber base. The next step is to start communicating with them regularly through emails and newsletters. This is a more cost effective way to communicate with your customer base than traditional print advertising and direct mail.
